L’Acadie
Vineyards is Nova Scotia’s first certified organic winery and vineyard.
They specialize in traditional method sparkling wines.. They are
located on Slaytor Road in Gaspereau.
This young winery has won awards in the All
Canadian Wine Championships.
Leon Millot Soleil - Silver, Alchemy - Gold and
L’Acadie Star - Double
Gold, Best of Category.
They produce two organic sparkling wines, Brut and Sparkling
Rosé
The bottle on the left is L’Acadie Soleil.
This dessert wine is made by drying the grapes before pressing to
concentrate the flavour.
Organic Cider is also produced by this fine winery.

The winery also sells branded champage flutes to
enhance the taste of their sparkling wines.
