P.E.I Oysters
Flex
Mussels is
located on Charlottetown's waterfront.
At $30 per dozen, it was the most expensive place we found for oysters.
However, it was also the best place we experienced. They served
different types of oysters
and they were served with a variety of sauces presented in beautiful
containers.

At
$17.95 per dozen, Water-Prince Corner Shop was
the least expensive place we found to order oysters .
We tried their fish & chips and the french fries were excellent.
The batter on the fish was soggy, not crisp.
The sauces & cole slaw come in paper throw-away containers. The
building itself looks like a run down corner store.
They could do a much better business if they hired a designer to make
the building look more appealing.
The Malpeque Oyster Barn's oysters came for
$18.95 per dozen for small
size.
The Barn is licenced but if you order a beer, it comes in a bottle with
no glass.
They have no tap water and if you order bottled water, they serve
AquaFina in the plastic bottle with no glass.
The oysters were excellent but the $4.95 stuffed baked potato was the
smallest I had ever seen. Strange for Spud Island.
