Flex Mussels - P.E.I. Oysters &
Seafood
Flex Mussels is
located on Charlottetown's waterfront.
The anchor lets you know this is a real seafood restaurant.
Flex
sells mussels as well as oysters, in fact,
they produce them in over a dozen different recipes.

At $30 per dozen, it was the most
expensive place we found for oysters.
However,
it was also the best place we
experienced. They served
different types of oysters
and
they were served with a variety of sauces
presented in beautiful
containers.
At the end of the deck, there is a special counter where the oysters
are shucked.
The man who does the job is a champion at his craft.
The sign
shows that Flex is also an oyster
specialist restaurant.
