Ottawa Mini Club Tech Day 15 May 2011
Jules & Darryl
are installing driving lights on Jules MINI on our first tech day of
2011.
. . .
The old
grille has been removed and the brackets that hold the new lights have
been installed.
Here's a
close up of a bracket. Since the bracket goes through the grille, a new
grille needs to be installed.
Wayne is
showing the new MINI light that will soon be installed.
The trim at the bottom of the door needed to be opened up to give
access to the computer.
There is a ton of
plastic to be removed under the instrument panel to get at the wiring.
Tony is working on
the computer. It is quite complicated to connect the wires to the right
place.
Here's how the wires
look before the plastic trim is reinstalled.
