The Heathrow Express
I have tried many ways to get
from downtown London to Heathrow Airport.
By far the fastest and most relaxing way is the Heathrow Express.
. . .
You will not need a schedule, the trains leave from Paddington every 15
minutes.
They leave from Paddingto station on tracks 6 & 7 - sometimes 5.
This train is clean, modern and efficient. Heathrow Express owns 14
Class 332 trains,
engineered and built by Siemens Transportation Systems in Germany
in partnership with CAF of Spain.
. . .
This is a second class carriage, first class has tables in front of
the seats.
While you wait for the train to leave, you can enjoy the architechture
of Paddington.
Before you know it, you will be at Heathrow.
But as you leave the train, don't forget to mind the gap.
