This is the
front view of Les Fougeres restaurant in Chelsea Québec.

Their
tourtieres are a specialty. This one is made with duck.

Their desserts are special as well. This one is cassis mousse with dark
chocolate.

Les Fougeres also has a shop that is quite wonderful.
