If you are visiting
Halifax,
don't miss Fid. Chef Dennis Johnston and Maître d' Monica Bauche
have
created a gourmet oasis in the centre of the city. Fid has won numerous
awards, including "Best Chef",
"Best Maître d'" and "Most informed Staff". If you are
looking for a unique dining experience,
this
restaurant is a real treat! In this seaside city Fid is a place that
never disappoints.

on cold winter nights.

Chef Dennis Johnston's appetizer with a head of baby cauliflower is a
perfect start.
